Ownership of the product before it leaves New Zealand allows Arex International to implement marketing strategies with selected importer/distributors to seek and develop opportunities in different market sectors.

Arex International has established niche markets to the Hotel, Restaurant, Airline and Supermarket sectors throughout Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong , Vietnam. Whilst business has been intermittent in Shanghai, through our airline catering commitments we see further opportunities in that sector for China.

Regular visits to the market and constant communication help us in understanding our customer needs to ensure products are presented to meet market requirements.

Reliable sea and air links from New Zealand to Asian destinations allow for the efficient delivery of our customer orders.

The ability to consolidate mixed shipments by air or sea is a benefit Arex International can offer our customers therefore allowing their stock holding to closely match consumer demand, maximising cash flow.

Arex International has been recognised for its foreign exchange earnings by the receiving of a New Zealand Trade Development Board award.

Arex International is proud to be both an accredited exporter of New Zealand Dairy products & licensed Seafood exporter from the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board to Asia, a position we have held for several years.
